9. Refund Policy
9.1 Refund Eligibility and Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are available for Imgtool.pro credit packs only if no credits have been used and the request is made within 14 days of the transaction.
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
- Credits from the order have been used.
- Credits from official rewards have been used.
- The refund request is deemed fraudulent or malicious.
9.2 Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at feedback@imgtool.pro. We may ask for more information to verify your identity. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
